The consignment fee is 50% of the retail price plus a $3.00 fee at the time the consignment contract is setup.
All clothing will be examined at the time of consignment, and upon further inspections we find conditions that render item/s unacceptable, we will notify you to pick up the item/s within one week, or item/s will be donated to a non-profit organization.
During the contract time if all item/s are sold we will mail your check via U.S. Postal Service. If all item/s are not sold you must pick-up you check that is due and any unsold item/s within 1 week of contract expiration date. Please note you must call before you come in, so we will be able to pull your item/s and issue a check. If item/s are not picked up, a check will be mailed to you for the item/s that have sold and any unsold item/s will be donated to a non-profit organization.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP ITEM/S OR CHECK IF YOU DO NOT CALL AHEAD OF TIME.
Consignor represents and states that he/she is the owner of the articles placed for consignment and that the articles are free of mortgage liens, other claims and are salable.
Accepting and pricing of all articles shall be under the discretion of AnnaLe's Twice Chosen, whose decisions are final, including necessary reductions to price.
AnnaLe's Twice Chosen is not responsible for any damage to the article or theft of the article. Please notify us with any change of address, we are also not responsible for lost or stolen checks.
